WHAT TO EXPECT
One of our team of expert advisors will talk through the problems you are experiencing with your watch and provide you with a free estimate of the cost to repair your watch. You may be asked to send photos via WhatsApp or email.
If you accept the quote we will send you an address label that you can instantly print out and guide you through the postage process to ensure your watch is as safe as possible.
Once we receive your watch one of our BHI trained watchmaker's will inspect the watch and send you a notification to confirm that you are happy to proceed with the repairs. If additional parts are damaged inside the watch we may need to re-quote you.
Repairs will normally be carried out within one to 7 working days and payment will be taken once the watch has been repaired and had its final inspection. At this point the watch will be sent via tracked delivery and you should expect to receive your watch within 48 hours after posting. Alternatively your watch can be dropped off or collected from our workshop in Southgate, London which is located inside an established Jewellers.
